To return an item, simply complete the form on our Returns Page.
Factory Ride wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased from our website, you have 30 days within receiving your shipping confirmation email to request a return. Some exceptions apply, including face mask related items (face masks, balaclavas, breath boxes), items marked final sale, or items that have been custom-made or personalized to customer specifications (barring errors/accidents on the part of Factory Ride). Return shipping costs are not covered by Factory Ride.
Exchanges are not available - If re-ordering another item, please request a return authorization, then place a new order for the desired replacement item; this will be a separate transaction.
